The Missing Monarch
Again and again, all substantial video/audio synchronicities, such as the ones on baker’s site, have been found to lie close within the shadow of Dark Side of the Rainbow, as if directly connected with it in some mysterious way . Using the analogy of chess pieces, DSOTR is the queen, the undisputed most powerful piece on the 64-square synchronicity board. All lesser pieces--rooks, bishops, knights, pawns--are arranged around it, as baker says, like accompaniments at a royal court. However, there’s still one missing piece holding back the initiation of the game: the complementary king. The wait is almost over.
A Beet for the New Millennium
In the future I may still camp out one summer on the top of Mt. Harrison, as I mentioned in post #18. However, I now realize it and the adjoining Lake Cleveland are symbols for other things. There was a distinct possibility of future two becoming present one; Harrison enclosed in a Cleveland sandwich. But in terms of George this was averted. In the past one, he was content to continue tending to his beet garden in a kind of semi-retirement trance. The red sun-star of the new millennium, however, had other plans. Pointilistically, he was able to incorporate the surrounding hostile dopplegangers, avoiding the merger with the dawning sphere. He repledged his loyalty to the cube, the Mother Earth. Glad you’re still with us G.H.!
Post-Modern Blindness
As Baum understood when he was writing the initial Oz book, the sun behind the sun referred to in theosophical circles is Sirius, the #2 star in our skies. In post-modern creativity--that is, after 1973--we’ve unknowingly been bombarded by information emanating from it. Like pipers at the gates of dawn, the source appears to vanish in the wake of the closer object. Dog subsumed into master. The information will not force itself upon us; this goes against its servile nature. This is why post-modernism appears to be a mish mash of bibble babble, without meaning or direction. The real information is hidden, protecting itself from harsh and impertinent reactions.
The Truth
Contrary to what most people think, everything I write is true. I may leave out crucial bits of information--stop-gaps I sometimes call them--that protect the inner integrity of the material, but I do not consciously lie or manipulate. I am essentially a teacher and a receptor. The basic tenet of my teaching is non-duality. What man calls evil is merely relative absence of light, a necessary product in the division of an initial perfection (non-duality). High and low must be separated in the game, but the monad always remains intact off the board.
We are about to begin the synchronicity game of the new millennium: Cube vs. Sphere, Black vs. White, Matter vs. Spirit (etc., etc.). The pieces are almost arranged in their proper places. This time, everyone is invited to join in the fun.
