RE: Thomas Eckerd and the Dunes FilmYour hunch turned out to be correct. Under hypnosis, most contactees did recall the quick cuts to a map of Illinois during the Mickie Mouse/Minnie Mouse chase and lovemaking scenes, and the culminating simultaneous detachment of the two aforementioned islands from their respective positions at Hannibal and Cairo. Almost all said they saw this in what appeared to be some type of heightened consciousness, probably caused by the jasper tainted soft drinks, as discussed before. When asked specifically, many described the accompanying song as much like DSotM's "On The Run", but longer and more layered, and with strange collage inserts...a type of
octavized "On The Run". The explosion in the film is also described as similar to the one in "On The Run", but, again, more pronounced. In the film, this is directly linked to the sexual climax of Mickie and Minnie's lovemaking, and is overlapped to another quick cut showing the Illinois islands colliding with each other at St. Louis.Again, from the testimony by people not affected by the jasper, there is no evidence that anything *but* "On the Run" was playing at this particular point in the film. Thus we must account the octavization as part of the drug state, perhaps through some type of pre-Contact hypnosis (we're still exploring this aspect). Another theory holds that the film viewers affected the film in an observer/observed dialect, in other words, the projected hologram was altered psychokenetically.
About high dune Mt. Tom changing into the Pyramid: this seems to be another Eckerd related phenomenon. As we have ascertained, Eckerd's 1st [Mythos -1] novel opens with the Great Pyramid of Giza, along with its two accompanying pyramids, being transferred to the Indiana Dunes, what he calls its direct (but inverted) resonating point in the Western Earth Hemisphere. Subsequently, toward the end of this novel, the Indiana Pyramid and two accompaniments are destroyed (turned to sand) by the emerging beanstalk at Cairo, Ill. (the latter being the *actual* Great Pyramid parallel in the Western Hemisphere, and not merely a copy of this pyramid). This results in the creation of high dunes Mt. Tom, Mt. Jackson, and Mt. Holden as previously
outlined.With the limited input accumulated so far, our team feels it is too early to draw conclusions on exactly who Thomas Eckerd was, and why his life and career were hidden for almost 150 years. However, your theory about contact during his life with the same type of consciousness that caused the Indiana Dunes phenomenon is certainly not implausable at this point.
